- WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE
- WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS

5. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Talbot County, Maryland. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in Talbot County, Maryland.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact Cold Front Media at hello@coldfrontmedia.com and provide a written description of the dispute. Cold Front Media will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receiving your written notice.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cold Front Media with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior understandings regarding the same.
12.2 Severability

Cold Front Media shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, internet or telecommunications failures, government actions, or third-party platform outages.
